It’s that time. Going back to the Vale to bring new life into this story. With an entirely new layout of the first book which ties in better to the sequel books, I am excited to be rewriting book one and writing book two basically at the same time. Thankfully, Enter the Vale doesn’t need too much work done to it. You might be asking yourself, how much of book one is being rewritten then? Good question. Right now, I’d say like 50% is being rewritten. I want to spend more time on the would-be villain, the anti-hero, the Goblin King. He is such a presence in Andrea and Wesley’s lives. I think by having him act through the shadows rather than being out in the open makes him less mysterious. He needs to be showing that pretty face of his. He is shady. He is obsessed with Andrea. He really hates Wesley. But he knows how much their lives are tied to each other. He can’t escape the inevitable any more than they can. That doesn’t mean he isn’t going to try and write fate the way he wants it.
I am not sure how much I will be revealing here since most of it will be for newsletter subscribers’ eyes only. But I do want to include some “moments” for everyone to enjoy.
